Snappy operates the Website to provide online access to information about Snappy and the products, services, and opportunities we offer.

If you are a customer of Snappy, an employee, representative or agent of a Snappy customer, your use of the Snappy Services requires registration for a subscription (free or paid) and such use is subject to the Snappy Customer Terms of Service.

ARBITRATION NOTICE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER: EXCEPT FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DISPUTES DESCRIBED IN THE ARBITRATION SECTION BELOW OR WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION. YOU ALSO WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. ‍
