These Guaranteed Gift Terms supplement the Snappy Gift Recipient Terms.

If you’ve received a notification that you’re entitled to a Gift Credit in connection with a “Guaranteed Gift,” it means that the time frame for you to select your Gift has expired and the Sender has instead selected a Gift for you.  In order to Claim your Guaranteed Gift,  Snappy has issued you a Gift Credit (defined below) which can be redeemed for Snappy’s Dining Card (as described below).

1. Gift Credit.
   1. A Gift Credit is a digital credit that can only be used on the Snappy Platform.
   2. In order to use your Gift Credit, you must redeem it by following the instructions provided in the notification that you received from Snappy.
   3. The Gift Credit can only be redeemed on the Snappy Platform and (i) is not cash or redeemable for cash (ii) has no face value; (iii) is not denominated in any currency, (iv) is non-transferrable and (v) does not expire. No additional funds can be added to or associated with a Gift Credit.
   4. Gift Credits are issued by and solely the obligation of Snappy; however, Snappy may assign its obligations with respect to the Gift Credits at any time to a Snappy Affiliate, after which the Snappy Affiliate becomes the issuer and sole obligor to you with respect to the Gift Credits.
2. Snappy’s Dining Card.
   1. The Gift Credit associated with a Guaranteed Gift can only be redeemed for (a) Snappy’s Dining Card, which is an open-loop Visa® prepaid card issued by a third-party gift card issuing Gift Vendor or (b) another digital credit or item that Snappy may make available from time to time in its sole discretion (a “Digital Gift”).
   2. Snappy’s Dining Card (or other Digital Gift) may be subject to geographic, regulatory, and third-party card issuer limitations as set forth in the Gift Vendor terms and conditions which you should read here. If you are unable to redeem your Gift Credit for the Snappy’s Dining Card due to geographic limitations set by the Gift Vendor, please contact Snappy for further assistance.
   3. The amount of the Snappy’s Dining Card (or other Digital Gift) for which your Gift Credit can be redeemed is determined by the price of the Gift that was previously made available to you by the Gift Sender; no additional funds can be added to or associated with the Snappy’s Dining Card (or other Digital Gift).
   4. The Snappy’s Dining Card (or other Digital Gift) (i) is issued by and is solely the obligation of the Gift Vendor; (ii) may only be redeemed and used accordance with that Gift Vendor’s terms and conditions; and (iii) are not refundable, except as expressly permitted by the Gift Vendor.
   5. Snappy and its Affiliates are not responsible for, and will have no liability with respect to the Snappy’s Dining Card or other Digital Gift or the acts or omission of any Gift Vendor.
   6. You acknowledge that Snappy and its affiliates shall have no liability to you with respect to the Snappy’s Dining Card or other Digital Gift and agree to hold Snappy and its affiliates harmless for any claims or causes of action related to the Snappy’s Dining Card or other Digital Gift.
